Staffing
Midwest Healthcare, Inc. will provide staffing for:
- Residential Care Services
- Home Health Care
- Respite Care
- Light Housekeeping and Errands
OUR PROCESS
Prior to services being provided, a prospective client is assessed and evaluated by an experienced Registered Nurse on our staff with input from any healthcare professionals currently working with the client. After the assessment, an Initial Care Plan or Plan of Service is developed; this plan of service (IPOS) can be modified as the needs of the client change. If there is already an IPOS in place, our staff will work with the existing plan, modifying it only if and when the need arises.
OUR STAFFING
All our employees have valid Driver’s Licenses, have undergone criminal background checks through the State of Michigan, Health Appraisal/Employee Physical and must have valid CPR and First Aid Training on file.
Additionally, all our employees are required to undergo a yearly training in Recipient Rights, and must have proper validated understanding of the Rights of Persons Served. Our staffing includes the following:
- Registered Nurses
- Certified Nursing Assistants
- Direct Care Workers
- Home Health Aides
OUR SERVICES
We provide assistance with Personal Care Services, which include eating/feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, assistance with ambulation / mobility, medication management and general Activities of Daily Living.
We also provide Community Living Support Services, which include meal preparation, laundry, routine household maintenance, shopping transportation, socialization, attendance at medical appointments, monitoring for protection/health and safety, and effective integration into the community.
